Boudoir Photography Contract

1. Engagement & Session Details


1.1 The Client hereby engages the Photographer to conduct a boudoir photography session.

1.2 The Session Fee listed in the "Photoshoot Preparation" email is waived and covered by Christian Perkins Intimates as part of the Giveaway that the Client has entered into.

1.3 The photoshoot date agreed by both Photographer and Client is listed and confirmed in the "Photoshoot Preparation" email sent by Photographer

1.4 The scope of the session includes professional hair and makeup, photoshoot time, and the viewing/ordering appointment creating approximately a 4 hour time frame with time for up to 4 outfit changes.


2. Booking Fee & Studio Credit


2.1 The Client agrees to pay a $200 booking fee upfront to reserve their session.

2.2 This fee is refundable for 3 days from the time this contract is sent. After 3 days, the fee becomes non-refundable but will be converted into studio credit to be used toward their image collection.

2.3 As part of the Giveaway, the Client will receive an additional studio credit applied toward their selected image collection.

2.4 Print Credit given to client is listed in the "Photoshoot Preparation" email sent by photographer.


3. Payment Terms & Rescheduling


3.1 The Client understands the $200 deposit is refundable only for 3 days, and non-refundable thereafter unless outlined under Section 10.

3.2 A cancellation fee of $100 will be due if the session is canceled within 72 hours of the shoot.

3.3 The Client may reschedule one time without penalty if requested 15 or more days in advance. Rescheduling within 14 days will incur a $75 reschedule fee.

3.4 The Client may only reschedule twice. On the third request the session is considered canceled and must pay the $100 cancellation fee.


4. Session Time Limit


The photoshoot cannot exceed the agreed time unless previously discussed and approved by both Client and Photographer.


5. Copyright & Usage


5.1 The Photographer retains full copyright of all images created, no images will be shared publicly by the Photographer unless approved by the Client.

5.2 The Client agrees not to alter or edit the images (filters, retouching, etc.). Cropping for framing is permitted.

5.3 Any additional edits requested after image delivery may incur additional fees.

5.4 The Client may not sell or publish the images without written permission.


6. Social Media Credit


When posting images, the Client may give credit the Photographer:

  • Facebook: Christian Perkins Intimates

  • Instagram: @christianperkins_intimates


7. Purchasing & Payment Options


7.1 The pricing for image collections are listed in the investment menu shown in the "Photoshoot Preparation" email sent by Photographer.

7.2 Once this email is sent to said Client, the photographer cannot change the pricing listed in the Investment Menu for this agreed upon session.

7.3 Multiple payment methods are accepted, including credit cards, PayPal Credit, or Post-Payment Plans through third-parties


 Third-Party Payment Plan Terms and Conditions

7.4 The Client understands that VP Empowerment offers third-party financing options to assist with purchasing their chosen image collection.

7.5 Primary Payment Options: The Photographer will first offer payment solutions through third-party financing platforms such as Afterpay, Affirm, or Klarna.

  • When using these services, the Photographer is considered paid in full upfront.

  • Therefore, the Client will receive their entire image collection immediately after selection, per the delivery timeline for digital or physical products.

7.6 Secondary Payment Option – Credee: If the above financing options are unavailable or declined for the Client, they may choose to proceed with Credee.

  • Credee offers a no-credit-check, 0% interest plan for the first 12 months.

  • However, the Photographer only receives payments from Credee as they are paid by the Client.

  • As such, the Client will not receive their image collection until all agreed-upon payments to Credee are completed in full.

7.7 The Client understands that by selecting Credee, the delivery of their chosen image collection is delayed until full payment is confirmed by Credee.

7.8 Third-Party payment links will be created and sent to the Client on the day of their session when choosing their image collection.

7.9 All products will be delivered after the final payment is completed to Photographer:

  • Albums: 3–6 weeks

  • Print Products: 2–4 weeks

  • Digital Files: 1–2 weeks


8. Cancellation or Photographer Unavailability


8.1 If the Photographer cannot attend due to emergency or illness, every effort will be made to reschedule to a date that works for both Client and Photographer. OR the Photographer will provide a replacement at no extra cost. If no replacement is available or acceptable, a full refund will be issued.

8.2 In case of material loss due to the fault of the Photographer, a full or partial refund will be issued depending on the extent of the loss.

8.3 If parts of the experience (hair/makeup, studio access) become unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., COVID closures), the Photographer will offer solutions such as extra print credit, rescheduling, or location change. These do not qualify for cancellation or refund, but will be addressed mutually.


9. Client Responsibility & Conduct


9.1 The Client agrees to arrive on time and prepared for the session (hair washed and face clean, outfits packed, etc.).

9.2 If the Client arrives more than 30 minutes late without prior communication, the Photographer reserves the right to cancel or shorten the session, with no refund of fees or credits.

9.3 The Photographer maintains the right to end the session immediately and without refund if the Client behaves inappropriately, is intoxicated, or otherwise makes the environment unsafe or disrespectful.

9.4 No firearms or crossbows, are permitted on the premises of where the photoshoot is taking place.

9.5 Other weapons used for props must be discussed with the photographer ahead of the photoshoot for permission to bring and use in said Clients photos only as props.

9.6 No animals are to be brought to photoshoots unless prior agreed upon with the Photographer unless it is a registered service animal.

9.7 No person 17 years of age or younger are permitted to be present during the photoshoot.


10. Image Selection & Ordering Appointment


10.1 The Client agrees to attend the scheduled image reveal/ordering session typically the same day as the photoshoot.

10.2 Image selections and payment decisions are made during this session. Delays beyond this appointment may result in rescheduling fees or forfeiting promotional offers/credits.

10.3 Unpurchased images are permanently deleted 30 days after the ordering session unless the Client has paid in full or arranged for a payment plan.


11. Product Fulfillment & Quality


11.1 Due to the custom nature of photography products, all sales are final once the ordering appointment is complete and/or a payment plan is initiated.

11.2 The Photographer is not responsible for dissatisfaction due to personal preferences (e.g., posing, outfit choices, expressions).

11.3 The Photographer ensures all products are of professional quality. If a product is damaged upon arrival, the Client must notify the Photographer within 7 days for a replacement to be issued.


12. Limitation of Liability


12.1 In the unlikely event of total photographic failure, cancellation of the contract by the Photographer, or any unforeseen technical issues, the Photographer’s liability shall be limited to a full refund of the session and any product payments.

12.2 The Photographer is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or property damage occurring during the session.
